DIRECTIONS TO COAST COTTAGES AT ST.
SIMONS
FROM THE NORTH
Take I-95 South to Exit 38 at Brunswick, GA.
Go East (left) on Spur 25 for about 10 minutes to Highway 17.
Go South (right) on Highway 17 for about ten minutes to the F.J. Torras Causeway (get in
the far left lane for the turn).
Go East (left) on the F.J. Torras Causeway and enjoy the beautiful Marshes of Glynn on
your way to St. Simons Island. You'll pay a 35 cent toll (use far right toll booth
if you don't have exact change).
Continue East through 2 traffic lights after you enter the island. You will be on
Demere Road.
Traffic light #1 is Sea Island Road. Traffic light #2 is Frederica Road.
Continue East on Demere Road another 1.2 miles to the East Beach Causeway. You will
pass many moss draped oaks, a historic battle ground called "Bloody Marsh," then
look for the sign on the right that says "Old Coast Guard Station."
Turn left on East Beach Causeway and continue 1/2 mile across the marsh to the Old Coast
Guard Station.
Turn right on Wood Avenue just in front of
the Old Coast Guard Station. Go 2 blocks to the second brick road.
Turn left on Sea Oats Lane. You are here!
The Sales Office is the 2nd unit on the
right, 29 Sea Oats Lane.
FROM THE SOUTH
Take I-95 North to Exit #29 near Brunswick, GA. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp.
Continue for about 10 minutes and go over the large bridge.
Continue another few minutes until you reach the F.J. Torras Causeway (watch for the
signs).
Turn right on the F.J. Torras Causeway and cross over the beautiful Marshes of Glynn to
St. Simons Island (an enjoyable 10 minute drive). You will pay a 35 cent toll.
Use far right toll booth if you don't have exact change.
Continue East through 2 traffic lights after you enter the island. You will be on
Demere Road.
